Fabric and Print

Traditional West African wax print fabric sourced in the markets in Nigeria.
Wax print is 100% cotton (non-stretch fabric). It will soften with wear and wash, while the colours won't fade.
All wax cotton prints will have slight imperfections throughout, these are not faults and are a natural part of the wax printing process. 
Colours may vary on different screens and monitors. 

Size & Fit

GIRL/BOY

Sizing 6-9m indicates a size 6-9 months

Sizing 12-18m indicates a size 12-18 months

Sizing 1 indicates a size 2-3 years

Sizing 2 indicates a size 3-4 years

Sizing 3 indicates a size 4-5 years

Sizing 5 indicates a size 6-7 years

Sizing 6 indicates a size 8-9 years


Our dresses and rompers will generally fit according to their labeled size. Toddler sizes; 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are made to fit the child for the entirety of that year of growth. Our designs are made to fit standard body measurements. Please contact us for the detailed sizing chart if needed. 


All of our fabrics are 100% cotton but wax prints have no stretch and very little give. As such if your child is on the bigger side or if you want the clothing to last longer, do size up. All of our fabrics are pre-washed.

Look After Me

  • Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle with the garment flipped inside out. 
  • Wash with like colours. 
  • Do not bleach, instead try baking soda if you need to remove stains. 
  • Do not Tumble dry. Hang the garments to dry, avoid wringing or twisting them. 
  • Steam or warm iron as needed and iron the inside. 
  • All fabric has been pre-treated by hand before sewing the garment to avoid any colour bleed and shrinkage. 

Shipping 

OliveAnkara is committed to providing the most responsible and clean shipping services possible. All orders will be packed in a reusable dust-bag and reusable-reversible box. Our packaging is compostable and biodegradable.

We offer free shipping domestically on all orders over S$30 and internationally on all orders over S$259.

There will be no charge for self pick-up from the showroom. The self pick-up lead time is 7 working days from the time you place your order.
