Where are your products from?

We source our fabrics from Nigeria. Majority of our products are custom made in Singapore.

 

Is it all 100% cotton?

Yes.

 

Do you have a Quality Guarantee? 

We buy our fabric at local market in Nigeria and to make sure the fabric we offer are always top of the top, we take a sample of each single design through our quality control process, that includes washing, ironing and "handling" to make sure that shrinkage is within ordinary acceptable levels and that the fabric is colourfast (assuming you follow our care recommendations - see below).

 

I just got my dress and it feels a bit stiff.  Will it soften over time?

Yes! Our clothes are made of African wax print fabric. When we buy the fabric, it often has a waxy outer-coating. This wax makes the fabric stiff and takes a few washes to soften up. Our clothes are all pre-washed, but after a few wears and washes at home, your dress will feel much softer and hang more naturally.  

 

How do I Care for my African Print Fabric?

You can pre-wash before using. You can machine wash at 30°-40° many times but do not soak, and use non-chlorine bleach, low tumble dry, and cool iron.

  

Do you do custom orders?

The only items we offer are the products featured on our website. We do not create custom items from our fabrics or alter the items we offer.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of Singapore?

Yup! International Transaction & Shipping Fees will apply for all orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 4 and  10 days.

How can I make a return?

Please take a look at our Returns Policy. Contact us within 3 days from collection by leaving a message to receive the return address to send your item.
