Free shipping for all orders above S$80 in Singapore.  

We will dispatch your stock item/s in 3-5 working days.

Order that select any free shipping offers will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service.


Express shipping

Shipping options:

  • SingPost International - Delivers in 5 to 10 days - Trackable.
  • If you would like you items faster, please contact us to arrange delivery by DHL (paid for) - Fully Trackable.

Orders will be ship in 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified via email with the tracking number with a link to track your parcel once the order has been shipped.

OliveAnkara is not responsible for additional shipping fee and /or customs charges incurred by customer when importing our goods.

We are not responsible for delayed, mis-delivered or lost orders. The best way to find out what may be holding up an order after it’s been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly or your local post office for the quickest solution. You can also email us at 

For cases where an order is lost, we will file a claim on our end and ship out a new order if the item are still available. The reshipment will require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items you ordered are unavailable, we will issue store credit.


To be eligible for returns/refunds you must:

- contact us within 2 days from collection by sending us an email at to make your request;

- arrange return shipment within 14 days from collection.

Our policy lasts 21 days from the shipping date. We do not accept returns or refunds after 21 days from the shipping date.

We do not accept returns of, or refunds on accessories, Tote Bags, Head Wraps, Head Bands and woven African Bangles.

We are unable to accept return or exchange request for any limited edition, clearance, or sale items.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for exchange or return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend obtaining tracking for your return. Any item(s) mailed to us without approval will be returned.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: OliveAnkara - 57 Eng Hoon Street, 02-80 160057, Singapore. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For your shipments, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days after return is received.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
