Local shipments in Singapore

We offer FREE standard shipping in Singapore for all orders of 30$ and above.

All deliveries in Singapore are delivered by SingPost.

Due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, all small items with tracking service will be delivered to the letterbox. Please check your letterbox if your item status reflects delivered.

For Courier express delivery,  please do leave your number on your order where indicated so they can contact you to schedule a redelivery or leave your box in a safe place in case you're not in. :)

Do allow 2-3 working days for us to prepare and pack your orders for shipment.

All customers will receive another email once the order has been packed and ready to be shipped. 

For Singapore deliveries, parcels will only be delivered up to one time. Additional re-deliveries will incur in additional charges.

Please ensure address and contact number provided is correct in order for courier to reschedule deliveries.

*If you have any special instructions, please remember to write it in the note box during checkout, and the delivery team will try to fulfill it with their best effort.

International shipments

*All international shipping fees are non-inclusive of any VAT/GST/import taxes to destination country. Orders shipped internationally might incur in duties and import taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. It is illegal to not declare the contents of the parcel. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

*International postage will only provide basic tracking information by destination country’s postal service (if available).

Showroom self pick up

Once you're ready to purchase, select Self Pick up at Checkout. Then Continue. You'll receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store.

To pick up your items in our boutique, you will need to bring the order number and a valid issued photo ID. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid issued photo ID.

Please collect your orders within 7 days of receiving the SMS and e-mail notification for collection.
