Express/International shipping

Shipping options:

  • SingPost International - Delivers in 5 to 10 days - Trackable.
  • If you would like you items faster, please contact us to arrange delivery by DHL (paid for) - Fully Trackable.

OliveAnkara is not responsible for additional shipping fees and /or customs charges incurred by customer when importing our goods.

We are not responsible for delayed, mis-delivered or lost orders. The best way to find out what may be holding up an order after it’s been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly or your local post office for the quickest solution. You can also email us at hello@oliveankara.com. 


Showroom self pick-up

There will be no charge for self pick-up from the showroom. The self pick-up lead time is 7 working days from the time you place your order. 



Here at OliveAnkara, we strive to give you quality products that fit you perfectly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us for refund or store credits.

To be eligible for returns/refunds you must:

 contact us within 2 days from collection by sending us an email at hello@oliveankara.com to make your request;

 arrange return shipment within 14 days from collection.

Our policy lasts 21 days from the shipping date. We do not accept returns or refunds after 21 days from the shipping date.

  • For local customers, you can exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact within 14 working days from purchase.
  • For overseas customers, you can exchange any unwashed or defective merchandise with the tag intact within 21 working days from purchase.
  • You can either request for a size exchange, exchange it for another item of the same price, or top up for an item of a higher pricer. Subjected to stock availability. 
  • Exchanges can only be done once per invoice.
  • All items will be inspected on return and the items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  • We try hard to accept all returns and they are still acceptable even when it's not in the original packaging. 
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Kindly use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.

All orders placed using OA points, Store Credits and Discount code cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do note that Sale items, items purchased during promotion or with a promotion code are not applicable for any returns/exchanges.

Accessories such as necklaces and earrings, Tote Bags, Head Wraps, Head Bands and woven African Bangles and Cushion Covers are not applicable for returns.

 You will receive an email notification once your request has been accepted. Refunds will be issued in Store Credits that can be found in your OliveAnkara account. Store Credits issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount less any shipping cost that was included.

 New orders made with these Store Credits are not eligible for any subsequent returns. As such, please ensure to order the right item when re-ordering a replacement for your returned product.

 Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense and request for return will be rejected.

To be eligible for Store Credits, all return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for exchange or return. 
Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. 

After return order is received, your store credit will be made within 30 working days.

Customers will be fully responsible for the postage charges involved in the exchange. Parcels have to be mailed back via Singpost Registered postage only. Any item(s) mailed to us without approval will be returned.

If you are not able to comply with the above requirements, OliveAnkara reserves the right to refuse the exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: OliveAnkara - 57 Eng Hoon Street, 02-80 160057, Singapore. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For your shipments, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once we have processed your return parcel, a refund will be made within 30 working days in the form of Store Credit (which has no expiry date).

Store credits will be issued in the event of any exchange of regular price items, which can be used to offset against a new order.

Store credits have no expiry dates.

Store credit can only be utilised in a single transaction, and any remaining balance will not be refunded to you via cash or store credits.

Orders purchased with store credits are not valid for returns/exchanges.

Store credits cannot be transferred to another account.

Store credits are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             


a) Measurements stated online may vary from 0.5" to 0.75".   

b) There may be discrepancies cases due to colour calibration of individual's computer or it might appear slightly darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. It will not be considered as a defect.

c) Prints placement on the products may vary, unless otherwise stated.
